Introductory Call

You are charting your course and steering into the waves, adjusting your heading as you go. As the wind gradually builds, it catches your sails, and begins moving you ahead. This fresh forward movement is invigorating and fills you with a sense a renewed sense of purpose and direction.

'Wave Rider'
As you become more attuned to the subtle aspects of your journey, you gain greater momentum…and control. With new self-awareness and a fresh understanding of available resources, you are now moving forward with increased confidence and precision.
(twelve 50-minute sessions)
'Waypoint'
You are well on your way to your destination. With mindful attention, you confirm your heading, ensuring that your course is secure. Checking both internal and external factors for any needed shifts.
